These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the use of the Ycorp website (www.ycorp.io) ("Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Site may contain links to third party sites which are covered by separate terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content on any linked third party site and neither do we endorse or approve of such content.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must also use our site in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by anyone else.

We will not be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that any software you use, with or in connection with the Site is not infected by viruses.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of its provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11. Third Party Rights
A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these Terms or Conditions, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that act.
